Projects
Every project here grew out of passion. And each one follows the same rule: measure, don't guess.
01
i.Fitnezz
Training with a system. Personal training and Online Fitness Coaching in Vienna.
I train people with families and jobs. Not from a template, but like in the lab: first the baseline, then the plan, then ongoing fine-tuning. The goal is more strength and energy in everyday life, with training that fits even a busy week. We train in person in Vienna, at Base33 for example, or online.

Base33
33 cubic meters. No electricity, no machines, no mirrors.
My container gym at Technologiezentrum Floridsdorf. What's missing here is missing on purpose.
- Giefinggasse 7, 1210 Vienna
- One-on-one, in pairs or in small groups

KALEM Media
Advertising agency for business owners in Vienna. With a camera. With code. With words.
I built the brand, website and content for i.Fitnezz myself. At some point other business owners kept asking the same question: who did that for you? That's how KALEM started. One point of contact, with a network behind it.

- Video, websites, apps, copy

Coaching app
Training, nutrition and check-ins in one place. In use in my own business.
My own app, built for my clients. They log their training, track their food and send their check-ins. I can see at a glance who's on track. Soon it will be available to other coaches too.
- Used by my clients
- Coming soon for coaches
